Vulnerability of Agriculture, Water and Fisheries to Climate Change W. Vogel & M. Büttner GmbH is relentless in its confrontation Pathologisches Institut der Universität is relentless in its confrontation of the abstract with the concrete The important function that lactic acid bacteria still have in the production of foods all over the world has resulted in a growing scientific interest in these micro organisms by academic research groups as well as by industry This book demonstrates that new threats to food security which arise from environmental change require more than simply a focus on agricultural practices – what is needed is an integrated food system approach which addresses food systems holistically by engaging researchers in multiple disciplines to understand the causes and drivers of vulnerability
